HAPPY LABOR DAY! Who else is grilling today?! I made these super healthy GREEK TURKEY BURGERS! They took 5 minutes to prep and were super simple to grill! I used lean ground turkey and fat free feta to cut out as much fat as I could and keep them healthy!



Burger Ingredients

1 lb Lean ground turkey

2 tbsp Fat free feta

1/2 tbsp Garlic

1/2 tbsp Oregano

1/2 tbsp Salt

1/2 tbsp Pepper

1/2 tbsp Dill

1/2 tbsp Thyme

1/2 tbsp Parsley


Directions

1. Add the turkey, spices and feta to a medium size bowl and mix by hand.

2. Form 5 equal size patties.

3. Grill or pan fry!

Lettuce

Tzatziki @cedarsfoods

Sundried tomato tapenade

Fat free feta

1 gluten free Bun or English muffin @canyonglutenfree



This salad has no meat, only these delicious crispy buffalo potato cubes for a good crunch.



Ingredients

1 large Yukon gold potato

1/4 cup buffalo sauce


Directions

1. First I diced up Yukon gold potatoes into 1/2” cubes. 2. I air fried them on 375 for 10 minutes. No oil or seasoning. 3. Then I removed them, tossed them in buffalo sauce.

4. Then added them back into the air fryer for another 5-7 minutes.



Salad Ingredients

Buffalo roasted potatoes

1 1/2 cup arugula

2 tbsp fat free feta

1/2 cup diced tomato

1/2 cup diced cucumbers

1/2 an avocado

1/3 cup of white rice

2 tbsp Caesar salad dressing

Ingredients

1/2 cup diced chocolate brownie protein bars @88acres

1/3 cup sunflower butter @88acres

1/3 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup old fashioned oats

1 tbsp honey

2 tbsp sugar free syrup



Directions

1. Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix together.

2. Scoop 1 tablespoons of the mixture and roll into a 1-inch ball.

3. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.

4. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours, letting the oats enough time to soften.

5. Store the energy bites in the refrigerator.
