Ingredients:
3 slices gluten free sourdough
1/2 cup marinara sauce
6 turkey pepperonis
1/3 cup vegan mozzarella
Garlic, parsley, oregano
Mikes Hot Honey
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400.
Slice toasts and add them to baking sheet.
Top with sauce, vegan cheese, slices and pepperoni.
Bake for 10-20 minutes depending on desired crispiness!
Remove from oven, top with arugula and hot honey!
