MICROWAVE POACHED EGGS
All you need for the poached eggs:
1/2 cup of water
1/8 tbsp vinegar
Salt
1 egg
90 seconds covered in the microwave.
That’s all it takes.
Poached Egg Directions:
1. Mix together salt, water, and vinegar In a mug.
2. Crack an egg into the water.
3. Microwave for 90 seconds, covered.
4. Add in 30 second intervals if needed due to microwave differences.
