Got 90 seconds?! Then you have time to make these MICROWAVE POACHED EGGS.

Gluten free

Nut free

Dairy free

MICROWAVE POACHED EGGS


All you need for the poached eggs:

1/2 cup of water

1/8 tbsp vinegar

Salt

1 egg

90 seconds covered in the microwave.

That’s all it takes.


Poached Egg Directions:

1. Mix together salt, water, and vinegar In a mug.

2. Crack an egg into the water.

3. Microwave for 90 seconds, covered.

4. Add in 30 second intervals if needed due to microwave differences.

2 poached eggs

2 slices @canyonglutenfree toast

2 tbsp @daiyafoods vegan cream cheese

1/2 avocado mashed

Chives + Everything bagel seasoning
